By clicking 'accept terms' as part of an event registration, you agree to the following terms being populated with registrant information and going on file accompanying your digital signature and consent.

IMPORTANT:
Please know, we take your child's safety extremely seriously. The event set-up will take physical safety in to account first and foremost, and the event site will be monitored by an on-site professional security team.
Additionally, we believe there are dangers in posting certain identifying photographs on the internet or widely distributing in any format. It is through this lens and perspective in which we may use photographs to share the event. The photo permission waiver below is intended to be a general safety net and should in no way be interpreted as we plan to widely use photos in communications. We will not.
Photo Permissions Waiver
I, [Full Name of Parent/Guardian], am the parent/legal guardian of [Minor's Full Name], and I hereby grant permission to the organizers of Inspire 2024 to use my child's photograph in any and all publications, advertisements, social media, websites, or any other promotional material produced by Inspire 2024/The Brandon House.

I understand and agree that these photographs may be used without further consent or notification. I acknowledge that Inspire 2024/The Brandon House may choose not to use my child's photo at this time but may do so at their own discretion in the future.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my child's likeness appears. Additionally, I release [Organization/Individual] from any claims or demands arising out of the use of the photographs, including but not limited to any claims for compensation or royalties.

Backyard Concert Liability Waiver
I, [Full Name of Parent/Guardian], am the parent/legal guardian of [Minor's Full Name], and I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the organizers of Inspire 2024, The Brandon House, or (the homeowners), their heirs, successors, or assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by [Minor's Full Name] or [Full Name of Attendee if an Adult] or any property belonging to them while participating in Inspire 2024, a backyard concert and event hosted by Brandon House Productions at [Event Address] on [Event Date].

As the parent/legal guardian of [Minor's Full Name], I give permission for them to attend the backyard concert hosted by [Homeowner's Name] at [Address] on [Date]. I understand and acknowledge the risks involved and release [Homeowner's Name] from any liability associated with [Minor's Full Name] participating in the event.
